Following are the terms of reserving a room and staying at Glacier Crossroads:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and we therefore recommend that you check them each time you book.
When booking your reservation, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card to secure your reservation. Your card will be charged for the total amount of your reservation at midnight, 3 days prior to your check-in date. At that time, your room becomes non refundable and cannot be moved to a new date.
If needed, please cancel by midnight, 3 days prior to your reservation date, for a refund. All rooms cancelled after midnight, 3 days prior to your check-in date, are non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date.
Glacier Crossroads accepts Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express to secure a reservation. The expiry date of your card must be later than the date of departure of your reservation. You must ensure that the information you have provided while making your reservation is accurate before you confirm your reservation. If you think you have made a mistake or you need to amend any details in a reservation, please email us at reservations@glaciercrossroads.com.
Rooms are ready for check-in by 4pm and check-out time is 11am. No extra occupants will be permitted beyond the maximum room occupancy and, as a result, we do not offer rollaways.
If cancelled after midnight, 3 days prior to your check-in date, the reservation is 100% non-refundable and cannot be moved to a new date. If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to cancel by midnight, 3 days prior to the arrival date, your reservation is 100% non-refundable.
From time to time, there may be extenuating circumstances which mean we need to cancel your reservation. This would be a time where the motel is unable to accommodate people, for example in the case of: flooding, fire, water shortage or emergency evacuation. Should this type of incident occur, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.
